Doctors Council SEIU physicians at Allina Health Mercy Hospital and Unity Campus have ratified their first union contract by 99%, following three years of bargaining and a four-day ULP strike earlier in September.

This agreement gives physicians written protections and a stronger voice in decisions that affect their patients, their practice, and their working conditions.
